  • Cold-formed steel framing, comprised of 20 gauge (minimum) galvanized steel, properly fastened to the foundation trailer, with fully engineered and stamped plans by a third-party licensed Professional Engineer.

  • Pella Impervia windows, or an alternate window brand of your choice
  • Feather River fiberglass entry door
  • Standing seam metal roof with Ice and Water Shield underlayment below
  • PVC tongue and groove wall and ceiling paneling
